One comes across many walls and public places present a blot on buildings but thanks to an innovative idea of an owner of shop-cum-office in Sector 22 curtailed offended sentiments.
People used to litter, throw garbage and pee on the side wall of his SCO (No 1130, Sector 22-B) and the whole area has been stinking the whole day and creating problem to other shop keepers .
He made all efforts—staff of Municipal Corporation and police help– to get rid of the nuisance but all in vain as the authority that may be admitted defeat at the hands of those who pull out their privates in public until his idea clicked.
Concerned about the sheer volume of urine that made its way inside the wall and damaging the building. In a bid to stop the nuisance, he affixed 14 tiles that have pictures of gods belonging to different religions with a hope that men would not bare their privies in front of gods.
The wall now dons beautiful pictures of gods and goddess and he was surprised to note that people were themselves keeps the vacant place clean. Smile was visible on his face as the menace of urinating on shop’s wall has been solved.
