25 Nursing students at Gurugram Hospital of Rattan group
A team from Medanta Medi-City Hospital, Gurugram, headed by its authorized official representative Davinder Malik, conducted an interview at Rattan Group of Institutions ,College of Nursing, Mohali, for the selection of staff nurses for its hospital. Final year students of B.Sc. Nursing Basic, B.Sc. Nursing Post Basic & GNM were interviewed through online process. As many as 25 students selected for the jobs and were offered job with an annual package of 2.5 lakhs per annum.
Sunder Lal Aggarwal, Chairman, RGI while congratulating the selected students said that the concept of arranging placement was for the convenience of both the companies and students. He also shared that the reason behind such success was strong academic base with practical project based learning. Sangeeta Aggarwal member RGI said that training is given to them so that they face interviews of various companies successfully. All the students of the college are asked to plan before completion of their degrees. Those who want to go for placements are given a number of opportunities for appearing in campus placement drives of various companies.
