
A new chapter in taste, tradition, and premium dining has unfolded in the tricity with the unveiling of ‘Janta Premium – Sweets Bakery and Restaurant’ Panchkula’s famous Sec 11 market. Positioned as a refined destination for indulgent sweets, fresh bakery delights, and multi-cuisine dining, the newly opened outlet promises to redefine the region’s hospitality landscape with its commitment to quality, authenticity, and festive experiences. Sumit Juneja, Founder, Janta Premium Sweets alongwith his wife Rita Juneja and Vinay Sood, Managing Director interacted with media to share unique aspects of the outlet.
The outlet which is spread over 6000 square feet (ground & basement) was formally unveiled just ahead of the vibrant festival of Holi. Keeping the festival in mind, the sweets bakery & restaurant has focused on preparation of gujiya in different forms . Notably, gujiya – is a popular, traditional sweet, primarily prepared during the festivals of Holi and Diwali. The restaurant has announced an exclusive Holi Gujiya Festival, featuring an impressive range of 22 varieties of gujiya. Adding to the festive charm is a live gujiya counter, where customers can watch freshly prepared gujiyas crafted to perfection. The celebratory offerings also include special Chana Bhatura, Puri Breakfast, and a range of gastronomic delights at highly discounted prices.

Speaking on the occasion, Sumit Juneja, Founder, Janta Premium Sweets, said, “Our vision goes beyond serving food — we aim to deliver happiness, especially during festivals that bring families together. With 22 varieties of gujiya, including an offering – ‘Fiber24 Sugar Free Gujiya’ for those who don’t want to have sugar in their gujiya. The beverage selection features comforting Hot Chocolate, refreshing Cold Coffee, and a Summer Sweet Lassi designed to complement the rich flavours of the cuisine. In sweets Kalakand, Kesar milk cake, Kashmiri burfi, Doda burfi , Kaju paan , Kesar kaju cake , Kaju dilkhush, Kaju jalebi , Walnut lounj are highlights.
