Bhangra Fest, Sports camp organized at The Knowledge Bus School
The Knowledge Bus Global School is organizing a summer camp comprising of art n craft/ dance/theatre workshop at VR Punjab mall .Besides this Punjabi folk fest and sports camp is also organized in the school campus. The chief guest at the inaugural function was Sukhwinder Kumar Secretary Regional transport Authorty Mohali. While motivating students to excel in the participating activities he informed that dance gives inner happiness along with the purpose of fitness. Dancing also helps to reduce stress and helps to relieve tension, which contribute to us relaxed and happy.
Folk fest is being organized in association with ME bhangra academy . Director Harjit Singh, ME bhangra academy said that Bhangra is a great way to keep oneself fit Along with giving the children of Punjab the taste of our culture which is fast fading away this is a step towards that direction.
The Principal of the school GS Bhardwaj lauded these initiatives and said these are great steps towards keeping the children positively engaged during their holidays. According to her dancing & sports is a whole-body workout & besides this dance & sports can led to new career opportunities also .
