Even simple habits like avoiding late-night meals and limiting caffeine can make a noticeable difference.

Medical experts also stress the importance of consulting a doctor if acidity becomes frequent or severe. Short-term medication under guidance is safe, but long-term reliance without understanding the cause is risky.
