In case FIR No. 298 dated 13/12/16 U/S 376D PS-IA, Accused Mohammad Irfan was brought upon production warrant and three days Police remand of Irfan was obtained. Consequent upon his interrogation the co-accused has been arrested from Delhi and the co-accused has been presented before the judicial magistrate for conducting test identification parade. Therefore, it is requested that his identity may not be published in public media as it might compromise the credibility of test identification parade.
