Says — Sanatan Dharma teaches us to support each other and serve society
Amritsar. BJP leader Akshay Sharma from Amritsar North constituency today held meetings in various areas of the constituency and interacted with local residents while listening to their concerns. During the visit, he also paid obeisance at Shri Aarti Deva Mandir and prayed for the peace and prosperity of the area.
Akshay Sharma held meetings with residents in Green Field, Batala Road, Diamond Avenue and several other localities, where discussions were held on social and environmental issues. He said that the core message of Sanatan Dharma is to support one another and work for the welfare of society. He added that helping the needy is the responsibility of every individual so that every section of society can move forward with dignity and respect.
He further said that nature has provided humans with everything necessary for life and in return only seeks protection and care. Therefore, people should come forward to protect the environment and contribute towards maintaining cleanliness and greenery in their surroundings.
Akshay Sharma said that understanding one’s responsibilities towards society is extremely important in today’s time. He appealed to people to actively participate in social service, environmental protection and helping the underprivileged so that future generations can inherit a better environment and a stronger society.
