Pre International Women’s Day Event Organised

Amid celebration of International Women’s Week, ending on 8th March, a Bicycle Rally was organised by District Administration and Civil Hospital, Moga in association with ‘Radhe Radhe Swasth Banade’ Trust, with the motive of depicting environment friendly women empowerment.

The all women bicycle rally commenced from the famous Nature Park, at 08:00 am on Sunday, the 5th March, 2023.

Talking to the mediapersons, Rajshri Sharma, President, Radhe Radhe Swasth Banade Trust (Regd.) informed that the future era is of the women as well as by the women.

Renown as Fitness Guru of Moga, Ms. Rajshri disclosed that since the end of COVID-19 pandemic, she has established a huge team of women participants who are health councious as well as responsible towards the environment. Ms. Sharma also expressed that organisation of events such as Bicycle Rallies are educative for all to understand the values of gender equality, reinforcing women empowerment.

Refreshments were also provided to all the participants, by the District Administration.
