Acting Chief Justice of the Punjab and Haryana High Court, Justice Ashwani Kumar Mishra, on Monday administered oath to two Judges, Hon’ble Justice H.S. Grewal and Hon’ble Justice Deepinder Singh Nalwa takes the oath of office during the Swearing-in Ceremony of Hon’ble as Permanent Judges of Punjab And Haryana High Court Chandigarh.
Lawyers and the general public have long demanded an increase in the number of judges to ensure faster disposal of cases. The latest appointments are expected to help reduce pendency and ensure more timely justice for litigants.
