Pracheen Kala Kendra 2nd Gurmat Sangeet Baithak with live limited audience
A special program was organized by the Pracheen Kala Kendra at the ML Koser Indoor Auditorium here today in which 2nd Gurmat Sangeet baithak was organized. The programme was also live on social media platforms of Kendra like youtube, facebook and twitter from the stage . The programme featured eminent kirtankar Bhai Avtar Singh ji of Sikh Panth, and the Bhai Harbhag Singh Ji Bodal,. They presented melodic Kirtan according to the ancient maryada of Gurmat Sangeet.
Only very limited and special audience was present in this program as limited audience was invited under the rules of COVID 19 Rules like entry with mask , proper social distancing and sanitization were followed especially during the programme . Many great personalities from the field of Gurmat Sangeet graced the occasion like Sardar Gurvinderveer singh , president , Gurudwara Kheri Sahib, Sector-20, Sardar N.P. Singh Sandhu , Deputy Director , Department of Hospitality , Ms. Tripatjeet Kaur Sandhu , Folk Gurmat Sangeet Kirtankar and Sardar Naib Singh, Senior Advocate were some of the names to mention.
The program was conducted by Mr. Malkit Singh Jandiala , Head of the Department of Gurmat Sangeet , Pracheen Kala Kendra. Mr. Malkit Singh has made invaluable contribution in the field of Gurmat Sangeet. Gurmati music baithak will be held on the first Saturday of every month.

Gurmati Sangeet Baithak was presented by Bhai Avtar Singh ji. He begin with Rag Shree (the first raag of Shri Guru Granth Sahib), based shabad with bols “Man piyariya jio mitra”, Later in the raga Tukhari the shabad “Antar piri pyar”.
The event was compared by Sh. Bhupinder Singh Mallick. The artists were honored with bouquet and mementos .
