RCED takes Tech Mahindra Foundation SMART Students on World Youth Skills Day with Hop-On Hop-Off Bus Tour

On World Youth Skills Day, the Regional Center for Entrepreneurship Development (RCED) organized a special event in Chandigarh for the Tech Mahindra SMART Students. The aim was to promote skill development and encourage community engagement. To achieve this, RCED arranged a day-long trip on a Hop-On Hop-Off bus, giving the students an opportunity to explore the city’s main attractions while highlighting the importance of skills.
The Tech Mahindra SMART Students embarked on an exciting journey, boarding the Hop-On Hop-Off bus, which provided a convenient and immersive way for them to experience the essence of Chandigarh. The tour began with a visit to a well-known art museum in sector 10, where the students had the chance to appreciate the city’s rich artistic heritage.
The next stop on the itinerary was Sukhna Lake, a serene and picturesque destination that offered the perfect setting for the students to relax and connect with nature. They spent quality time at the lake, enjoying the peaceful surroundings and taking part in various activities. Their enthusiasm and energy were contagious, spreading a positive atmosphere throughout the group.
Throughout the entire tour, the students proudly showcased self-made posters, emphasizing the importance of skills and raising awareness about the commendable initiatives undertaken by RCED. These posters not only displayed their artistic talents but also conveyed powerful messages, encouraging others to embrace skill development for personal and professional growth.
