
With the fourth edition of the Chandigarh Premier League (CPL) set to commence on June 8, UT Cricket Association (UTCA) Founder President Sanjay Tandon conducted a detailed inspection of Tau Devi Lal Stadium, Panchkula to review preparations for the much-anticipated tournament. Accompanied by UTCA office-bearers. Tandon assessed the playing surface, practice facilities, spectator arrangements, dressing rooms, media infrastructure and other logistical aspects to ensure the venue is fully prepared to host the league. Expressing satisfaction over the ongoing arrangements, he said that all stakeholders are working collectively to deliver a professional and memorable cricketing experience for players and spectators alike.

Meanwhile, the official schedule of the Chandigarh Premier League has also been released. The tournament will feature six franchise teams competing in a total of 30 league matches. Each team will play ten matches during the league stage, following which the top four teams will qualify for the knockout phase comprising two semi-finals and the grand final on June 26
As part of the build-up to the tournament, a grand Team Jersey Unveiling Ceremony has been scheduled for June 4 where all participating franchises will reveal their official team jerseys. The excitement will further build with the Trophy Unveiling Ceremony on the eve of the league, marking the final countdown to the opening match.
