Vij praises Brahma Kumaris’ ‘Eco Care’ awareness campaign from Panipat to Srinagar
Haryana’s Energy, Transport and Labour Minister, Anil Vij said that “if we do not become alert about pollution today and do not work on it, future generations will suffocate because they will not get enough oxygen to survive.”
Sh. Vij said that the special campaign run by Brahma Kumaris’ Eco Care and Disaster Management wing to spread awareness about environmental protection and disaster management is commendable. Today, the campaign coordinator Brahma Kumari Bharat Bhushan, along with other members, met him and presented him with a memento.
On this occasion, Energy Minister Anil Vij said that significant efforts and work are required to reduce pollution. People should plant more and more trees on Earth so that oxygen continues to be available, and governments are also taking steps to control pollution. Harmful substances are being banned, and improvements in technology are also taking place. Good work is being done on issues of public interest.
During this, Minister Anil Vij said that the campaign running from Panipat to Srinagar is a good initiative. He added that it is a very positive step to raise awareness about the environment and organize such journeys across the country. One such journey is going from Panipat to Kashmir. As explained, during the journey, people will be informed and educated at various places, which is the need of the hour.
Notably, the campaign that started from Panipat has reached Ambala today and will further proceed to Kashmir. Coordinator Bharat Bhushan said that the initiative is working towards environmental protection and disaster management while creating awareness. Today, they came to seek the blessings of Minister Anil Vij, who also extended his best wishes for the campaign. On this occasion, Brahma Kumari Rakesh Mehta and others were also present.
