Indian club Minerva Academy has made its mark from India to the world stage. Minerva has won the second world title in a week. They won the Youth World Cup (Gothia Cup) on 19 July and now on 25 July the team won the Dana Cup title in Denmark. Minerva's Under-14 team has made India's mark in the world's most prestigious youth tournaments. With two consecutive international titles, Minerva has made a place on the world map by showing talent and teamwork. The team performed brilliantly in the final match and defeated Malta's KFF Club 15-0. With this, the team was successful in winning the Dana Cup. The team dominated the entire match and did not give any chance to score a goal. The Malta team was completely behind and Minerva scored goals continuously. The team dominated every aspect of the game. The team dominated the midfield area. Raj scored a hat-trick with three goals, while Rhythm, Tony, Rajesh, Chetan K, Yohenba, Denamoni scored 2-2 goals. 1-1 goals from Ajam and Chetan T. ensured the team's victory. Earlier in the semi-finals, the team defeated Palestine's Rawhel 4-0. Denamoni scored two goals, while Raj and Rhythm scored 1-1 goals. Whereas, in the quarter-finals, Minerva defeated Artjies 17-1. Raj scored a hat-trick. Yohenba, Denamoni, Chetan T., Punshiba, Amarsan, Azam scored 2-2 goals, while Mehtab and Tony scored 1-1 goals. Over 1,000 youth teams from 45 plus countries participated in the Dana Cup played in Horing, Denmark. It is the third largest youth football tournament in the world. The Indian team did not let anyone stand in front of them. The team scored 110 goals in the tournament and conceded only 1 goal. This established a legacy. By the end of the tournament, Minerva Academy scored 110 goals in 7 matches and conceded only 1 goal. No team in any age group came close to them. Beyond these statistics lies another important thing - a new confidence for Indian football.
