UTCA official Rakesh Jolly appointed as b bserver for India vs New Zealand T20 match

Chandigarh, The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) has appointed Rakesh Jolly, Chairman, Cricket Advisory Committee, UTCA as the observer for the India vs New Zealand T20 match scheduled on January 25 in Guwahati.

Jolly, a former First-Class cricketer has  brought over three decades of experience as player and administrator of the game. He has actively contributed to cricketing affairs in the region and has previously served as a match referee in BCCI’s domestic circuit matches.

According to Sanjay Tandon, Founder President, UTCA,  “Rakesh Jolly’s appointment as BCCI observer is a proud moment for UTCA. His decades-long dedication and service to cricket make him truly deserving of this recognition.”

Chandigarh, The CK Nayudu Trophy (Under-23) team has departed for Bangalore to play their third match of the ongoing tournament against the host team Karnataka. The four-day long match is scheduled to be held from January 23 at Alur near Bangalore.

The squad for the match includes players Dushyant Thamman, Dipender Kush, Devang Kaushik, Nikhil Kumar, Sahil Kumar, Adhiraj Singh, Raghav Verma, Arush Bhandari, Ashutosh Gautam, Ivraj Ranauta, Harish Kumar, Tanmay Latka, Arnab Bansal, Jaskirat Mehra and Aryan Duggal. The support staff includes Ravi Sharma (Head Coach), Gulab Rubani (Manager) Ravi (Physiotherapist) and Vinay Singh (Trainer)
