    With the commencement of construction of Landran Banur Tepla 200 feet highway, while an industry friendly environment is being created, the Punjab government has high hopes from the Landran Banur Tepla 200 feet road. This route will emerge as the new lifeline of Mohali industrial economics for the industries of the state. The connectivity of this route connects to the Delhi-Manali highway, that's why the importance of this route has increased. While the current Punjab government is working on reviving Punjab's industry, on the other hand, the new Landran Banur Tepla 200 highway can prove to be a gateway for Punjab's industry, and can breathe new life into Punjab's industry. . Looking at the strategy of this route, various industries are also setting up their units. NH 205A is well connected with National Highway 1 (NH 1) which connects the national capital New Delhi with the city of Attari in Punjab on the Indo-Pak border. Now it is becoming easier to set up industry in Punjab. While yet another Punjab government is creating a congenial environment for industries by providing facilities like green stamp paper, subsidies, affordable and continuous power, the opening of the Landran-Banur Tepla Highway is bound to boom industries in Punjab, saidMIEZ director Neeraj Kansal. Chairman of Mohali Zone of CII (Confederation of Indian Industry) and industrialist Rohit Grover said that there is no doubt that if any major road is built then it will be beneficial. But the Landran Banur Tepla road surrounded by industrial areas can be a boon for industries. According to Grover, currently more warehousing industries are being built on this route, but considering the importance of this route, it will be of great benefit to the industries of Punjab. While other routes connecting to this route will also encourage the industry of the state. “This route will help industries in Mohali as well as many other ancillary industries in the area who will be in a position to supply industrial products to major units coming up in Mohali Industrial Economic Zone (MIEZ) coming up on Banur Tepla Road. Mohali Industrial Association (MIA) president Anurag Agarwal said Ludhiana, which is another important industrial city of Punjab, will now be well connected with this part of the northern region.
